Elizabeth Wisenberg was born in Waterbury, Connecticut, USA. She started her ballet training at the Mayra Northern Classical Ballet School, San Antonio, Texas where she studied from 1992 until 1999. She continued her dance education at the Washington School of Ballet until 2003 and went to the National Ballet School of Canada for another year.
She took part in different competitions. In 2001 she won the bronze medal in the junior division at the Youth American Grand Prix and in 2003 the silver medal in the senior division at the National Youth Ballet Competition.
Elizabeth Wisenberg had her first engagement as a professional dancer from 2004 until 2006 at the Boston Ballet where she danced in the Corps de ballet.
Since the season 2006/07 she has been a Corps de ballet member with the Stuttgart Ballet.
