Magdalena Dziegielewska was born in Warsaw, Poland, where she received her ballet training at the State Ballet School. In addition to that she participated in summer courses in Dresden, Warsaw and Monte Carlo in 1995, 1996 and 1997. In 1997 she continued her training with Marika Besobrasova at the Académie de Danse Classique Princesse Grace in Monte Carlo with a scholarship from the Nureyev-Foundation and graduated in 1999.
Magdalena Dziegielewska participated in several competitions. In 1997 she won the first price in the Senior Class of the Polish Dance Competition as well as the Audience Award at the Eurovision-Price for Young Dancers. A scholarship of the Pierino Ambrosoli Foundation enabled her 1998 to take part in the USA International Ballet Competition in Jackson.
Three months after her graduation Magdalena Dziegielwska joined the Stuttgart Ballet as a member of the Corps de ballet. At the beginning of the 2004/05 season she was promoted to Demi Soloist.
Due to her singing skills she also performed Nina Simone’s Wild is the Wind in Christian Spuck’s Lulu. A Monstre Tragedy in the 2007/08 season.
