Ludovico Pace was born in Rome and grew up there and in Paris. At the age of eight he received his first ballet training at the Académie Chaptal in Paris, one year later he attended the Ballet School of the Paris Opera. From 2001 to 2006 he continued his education at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse in Paris. In 2006 he came to Stuttgart, where he attended the John Cranko Schule and graduated in 2008.
In the season 2008/09 he danced with the Stuttgart Ballet as an apprentice and was taken into the Corps de ballet one year later.
