As every year, the Noverre-Society offers young choreographers the chance to show their talent in two evenings of the "Young Choreographers 2013".
The Noverre-Society is an association of ballet-friends that was founded in 1958 in order to promote better understanding of the art form and to support young choreographers in their development by providing them with a platform to show their first works to an audience on stage.
The "Young Choreographers"-programme has brought to the light the talent of famous choreographers such as John Neumeier, Jiří Kylián, William Forsythe, Uwe Scholz and - of the younger generation - Marco Goecke, Bridget Breiner, Douglas Lee and Demis Volpi.
Audiences of the young choreographers' evenings can witness tomorrow's talents as they create their first steps.
The "Young Choreographers 2013" are the company members Katarzyna Kozielska, Brent Parolin, Daniel Camargo, Roman Novitzky and Özkan Ayik as well as Denes Dahab, Wubkje Kuindersma and Lucia Boschi as guests. The audience will experience an evening with very different choreographies - Pas de deux, Soli, choreographies for up to eight dancers.
