Fabio Adorisio was born in Cirie, Italy. He started to take ballet classes at the private school Academia danza Spettacolo in Ivrea. In 2009 he went to the ballet school of the Balletto di Toscana in Florence before he came to the John Cranko Schule in Stuttgart in 2011. There he graduated in 2013. During his last year at the John Cranko Schule he already danced in several productions of the Stuttgart Ballet in the Corps de ballet.
Already during his time at the Academy of the John Cranko Schule he started to choreograph. He created his first work Mortal Sospiro, a pas de deux, for the Noverre-Society in 2013. In the same year he also choreographed Instabile at the Assemblée Internationale 2013 in Toronto for students of several international renowned ballet schools.
In the season 2013/14 Fabio Adorisio became an apprentice with the Stuttgart Ballet.
