13:00 h Tamas Detrich, Artistic Director of the Stuttgart Ballet, introduces the new faces of the company during an open class and presents the upcoming programme in the play house
14:30 h Burkhard C. Kosminski, Artistic Director of the Schauspiel, presents the upcoming programme, accompanied by scenic insights

There will also be a various programme on the outdoor stage at the Eckensee: cushion concerts for the little ones, current pieces danced by the Stuttgart Ballet and a brass concerto by the State Orchestra Stuttgart. Schauspiel Stuttgart will present its new family piece Der satanarchäolügenialkohöllische Wunschpunsch and musical excerpts of Songs of Utopia next to a spectacular auction of fantastic props and costumes.

As of 12:30 h many happenings for children as well as adults will take place in the foyers and in front of the opera house, for example a dance workshop by the Stuttgart Ballet Young, possibilities to dress up, the balcony scene of the Spielclub and exclusive guided tours behind the scenes of the State Theatre Stuttgart. Furthermore, musical director Cornelius Meister invites to join him at the piano bar in the foyer of the opera house.

On Sunday, September 22nd, the local transport of VVS can be used for free due to the event of car-free Sunday (More information: http://www.vvs.de/autofreier-sonntag/). Please visit us by taking the bus or train! Also note that there will be road closures on Theodor-Heuß-Straße and Konrad-Adenauer-Straße.
