More than 2.000 young people, individually or with their school classes, have taken the chance to look into the ballet world in the Stuttgart Opera House since the start of our educational programme in November 2009. Numerous production-related events and projects, such as
The Making of...,
IMPULS MusikTheaterTanz, the
introduction talks for children or the
open rehearsals for school classes, provide opportunities to not only learn more about professional dance and choreography, but also to experience the art of dance through the own body.
Additionally, several hundred children and adult visitors come each season to join in our
guided tours for families with mini-dance workshop.
We are very excited about this great response, happy to contribute our part to the understanding of the art of dance and to convey the joy of movement, and by exchanging ideas and experiences have learned so much ourselves...
