Doga Taskaya was born in Istanbul, Turkey. In 2014 she began her ballet training at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul, in 2020 she came to Stuttgart to attend the John Cranko School from which she graduated in summer 2025.

In the 2025/2026 season Doga Taskaya is an apprentice with the Stuttgart Ballet.
