Mail orders via post, fax, e-mail and online order blank as well as group orders are accepted at any time. They will be processed at the beginning of the regular booking period (see above) in the order in which they are received, at the same time as orders via telephone and box office.
It is advisable to order at an early stage and name alternatives (dates, seats) in case your first wish cannot be coincided with.
Booking periods / Pre-selling
As of September 1, you will again receive tickets for our performances two months before the respective performance date. With this, we will end the monthly advance sale and return to selling tickets by the day two months in advance.
We charge a service fee of 1,50€ for postal dispatch or deposit.
Print@home tickets will be sent via e-mail with bookings made online or via telephone. Please bring your printed ticket along when attending a performance.
