Cancellation of previously scheduled performances for 2019-20 season

Alternative programmes / formats are being explored
Dear Sir or Madam, dear members of the audience,

On May 5th, 2020 the Ministry of Research, Science and Arts announced that the previously planned schedule for the 2019-20 season of the State Theatre Stuttgart will not be continued due to the current corona pandemic. This means that all performances and accompanying programmes have been cancelled with immediate effect.

The Stuttgart Ballet will, however, be exploring new formats for small scale performances and working on other special projects until the regular end of the season on July 29th, 2020. These will be produced in accordance with all current regulations of the State of Baden-Württemberg as well as in cooperation with the health department of the city of Stuttgart and in full consideration of all hygiene and distancing regulations. The safety of our audience, artists, staff and the citizens of Stuttgart are, of course, our top priority.

We look forward to seeing you again soon!
The Stuttgart Ballet
