Florencia Paez Espinosa was born in Monterrey (Mexico) and received her first ballet lessons at the Dalirys Estudio de Danza. In 2012 she started her ballet training at the Escuela Superior de Musica y Danza de Monterrey in Mexico. As of 2016 she attended the John Cranko Schule in Stuttgart from which she graduated in 2019.

In the years 2012, 2014 and 2016 she took part in the Youth America Grand Prix and reached the finals in each year. In 2016 she won a scholarship for the John Cranko Schule.

For the 2019/20 season Florencia Paez Espinosa is an apprentice with the Stuttgart Ballet.
