This opulent new production by legendary designer Jürgen Rose will be available on demand from April 11th, 18:00 h (CET), for 24 hours only. The cast includes: Friedemann Vogel as Crown Prince Rudolf; Elisa Badenes as Baroness Mary Vetsera, Alicia Amatriain as Countess Marie Larisch, Miriam Kacerova as the Empress Elisabeth, Anna Osadcenko as Mitzi Caspar, Diana Ionescu as Crown Princess Stephanie as well as cameos by two legends of the Stuttgart Ballet: Marcia Haydée as Archduchess Sophie und Egon Madsen as Emperor Franz Joseph I. Stuttgart Ballet Artistic Director Tamas Detrich thanks Deborah, Lady MacMillan, Jürgen Rose, the dancers of the Stuttgart Ballet, the Staatsorchester Stuttgart and all further involved parties for making this possible.
We survived the first week of quarantine! The biggest challenge for our dancers was and is to stay in shape, which they have been doing with various kinds of home workouts and ballet classes. As you can see from this video compilation, they are staying home and staying positive!! A big thank you to all dancers for the entertaining insights and to Fabio Adorisio for creating this video! #SBhomeworkout
